Produksjon av rotorblad

Rotorblader lages av epoksyharpiks karbonfiberlaminat eller glassfiberlaminat, produsert med en vakuuminfusjonsprosess. Stoffmattene i formen mettes med harpiks under vakuum og oppvarmes kontrollert. For å sikre jevn herding på grunn av rotorbladenes størrelse, brukes flere temperaturreguleringssløyfer som gir optimal styrke og kvalitet.

Efficient temperature control

Control is carried out via the JUMO variTRON family, which provides numerous input modules for temperature controllers. The temperature probes themselves are preferably connected digitally to the control via CANopen or IO-Link to minimize the cabling requirements. Electrical heating energy is controlled by JUMO TYA series power controllers, which are seamlessly connected to the JUMO variTRON via the system bus. The process evaluation via the JUMO Cloud provides a complete system for temperature control.
